Carebridge is a community pharmacy in the heart of Vancouver, built around a simple idea: modern tools for accuracy, and real pharmacists for care. We compound, we package, we run online clinics, and we deliver, all checked by machine and by a pharmacist who knows you.
Too much of pharmacy has become a conveyor belt: long waits, little time, and a patient who is never quite sure their medications are right. We built Carebridge to be the opposite. As an independent pharmacy, we can do things the big chains cannot, from compounding a medication to fit a single person, to organizing a complicated routine into simple daily packaging, to bringing everything to your door for free.
We use technology where it makes care safer and faster, and we lean on pharmacists where judgment and a human relationship matter most. Every prescription is checked by machine and by a pharmacist, and reviewed against your PharmaNet profile, so accuracy is built into everything we do.
Carebridge is owned and run by two pharmacists who believe care should be personal. You will see the same faces, and they will get to know you and your health over time.
Both pharmacists are licensed with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia (Arash Pourzare, licence no. 11583; Behnaz Alijani, licence no. 11582) and review the clinical information across this website. Carebridge Pharmacy is operated by 1553084 B.C. LTD. (doing business as Carebridge Pharmacy) under College of Pharmacists of BC pharmacy licence no. 15176. The pharmacy manager is Joshua Thomas.
