How do I send a prescription or compounding request?
Use our secure online prescriber submission form, or fax prescriptions to (604) 875-6808. For compounds, including a few clinical details, such as strength, base, and intended use, helps us prepare exactly what you intend. We confirm receipt and follow up with you or the patient.
What can you compound?
We prepare custom strengths, alternative dosage forms, flavoured preparations, allergen-free formulations, combinations, and alternatives when a commercial product is discontinued or on shortage, for both human and veterinary patients. If you are unsure whether something can be compounded, call us and a pharmacist will advise.
Do you work with veterinarians?
Yes. We compound for referring veterinarians across companion animals, exotics, and equine patients, with species-appropriate strengths and palatable dosage forms, prepared to your prescription.
Do you deliver, and where?
Yes, free of charge across Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, and the North Shore, with pickup available on Main Street. Reliable delivery helps patients stay on therapy when mobility or distance is a barrier.
Can you help patients with coverage and Special Authority?
Yes. We assist patients with PharmaCare, Plan G, and Special Authority paperwork, and we flag alternatives when cost is affecting adherence, so your treatment plan is more likely to be followed.
Will you keep me informed about my patients?
Yes. We communicate relevant changes, concerns, and clarifications back to you, and we respect both your clinical decisions and your patients' right to choose their pharmacy.
