Our Medication Administration Program, or MAP, is the complete package: we organize and dispense every medication, coordinate changes with the prescriber, track the schedule, and make sure nothing is missed or duplicated. One organized system replaces a confusing shelf of bottles.

When getting to a pharmacy is hard, our team can visit your parent at home to deliver medications, set up their packaging, and check that everything is in order. Home visits are available in Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, and Richmond. One visit a day is at no cost, and a second daily visit is available for a small daily fee.

Injection support at home

Supervised and witnessed injections at home, including insulin

Some seniors need a regular injection but cannot manage it alone, whether that is insulin for diabetes or another prescribed injectable. Carebridge provides supervised, witnessed injection support so each dose is given correctly and on time. A pharmacist can teach a family member, watch the technique until everyone is confident, and coordinate injection support as part of a home visit.

This matters most for insulin injections at home, where timing, dose, and site rotation all count. We coordinate with your parent's prescriber, keep a record of each dose, and flag any concerns early, so a daily injection is one less thing for your family to worry about.

There is no charge for daily home visits: one visit a day is included at no cost, and a second daily visit is available for a small daily fee. Your parent pays only their own PharmaCare deductible and the cost of any over-the-counter products, supplements, and medications their plan does not cover. Yes. For seniors who cannot inject on their own, we provide supervised and witnessed injection support, including insulin at home. A pharmacist teaches and confirms the technique, coordinates with the prescriber, and can arrange injection support during a home visit in Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, and Richmond.
