Carebridge is an independent pharmacy on Main Street that solves medication problems: custom compounding made on site, CarePacks pouch packaging checked by machine and pharmacist, a structured program for seniors and the families who look after them, and virtual clinics connected to your own pharmacy.
Six services, one standard: every medication that leaves this pharmacy is checked by a pharmacist who knows the patient.
Medication reviews, adherence packaging, deprescribing conversations, and home delivery, built for older adults and the family members who look after them from near or far.
For families and caregiversYour medications sorted into sealed, labelled pouches by a Pac-Med system, inspected pouch by pouch by PacVision imaging, then signed off by a pharmacist.
How CarePacks workClassic weekly cards with every dose visible and sorted by day and time. Free of charge, vitamins and over-the-counter items included, travel packs available.
Start a blister packCustom preparations made when a manufactured product does not fit: strengths, formats, and flavours adjusted to the prescription and the patient in front of us.
Compounding servicesStructured programs where a licensed BC prescriber assesses and prescribes online, and the Carebridge team handles everything around the prescription.
Explore the programsConsistent, respectful daily dispensing and treatment support, delivered with privacy and without judgment, in coordination with your prescriber.
Treatment supportMost pharmacies sort multi-dose packs by hand. Carebridge prepares CarePacks on a Pac-Med automated packaging system, then PacVision imaging inspects every single pouch for quantity, colour, size, and shape before a pharmacist completes the final review.
Some prescriptions need a strength, format, or combination no manufacturer makes: a lower-dose capsule, a topical instead of a pill, a liquid a child will actually take. Carebridge compounds custom preparations from your prescriber's prescription, with the same accuracy standard as everything else we do.
A licensed BC physician or nurse practitioner assesses and prescribes. Carebridge handles intake, PharmaNet screening, dispensing, injections, follow-up, and delivery.

Yes. Carebridge prepares custom compounded medications on Main Street across our clinical categories, including pain and fibromyalgia preparations, low dose naltrexone, dermatology and hair loss formulas, low dose atropine eye drops for myopia, and hormone preparations. A prescription from your physician or nurse practitioner is required.
A CarePack is a connected roll of sealed pouches, one for each time you take medication, each printed with your name, the date, the time, and the contents. Each pouch is filled by our Pac-Med system, inspected by PacVision imaging, and signed off by a pharmacist. The packaging service and local delivery are free; you pay only for your medications, the same as at any pharmacy.
One call does it. Give us your name and your current pharmacy, and we handle the transfer, review your medications, and set up any packaging or delivery you want. You do not need to contact your doctor or your old pharmacy.
Yes, that is exactly what our Seniors Program is built for. We package, check, synchronize, and deliver your parent's medications, flag anything that changes, and keep you informed with consent. Many of the families we work with manage a parent's care from another city.
You complete a secure intake form, a licensed BC physician or nurse practitioner assesses you online, and if a prescription is appropriate it is filled at Carebridge for same-day pickup or free delivery. Our pharmacists handle PharmaNet screening, counselling, injections where relevant, and follow-up.
We deliver free across Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, North Vancouver, and West Vancouver on a regular weekly schedule, with same-day options in our immediate Main Street area. Ask us about the delivery day for your neighbourhood.
One call sets everything in motion: transfer, review, packaging, and delivery. We handle the rest.
